Facility Fees
Events for up to 150 people can be arranged buffet or
heavy hors d' oeuvres style with the rental of the entire first floor of
the Mayors' Mansion Inn.
Fort Wood Ballroom - $600 plus taxes
Mayors Library - $150 plus taxes
Tiffany Dining Room - $250 plus taxes
Ladies Withdrawing Room - $150 plus taxes
The Scenic City Room - $150 plus taxes
(To be used as a dressing room)
Victorian Garden - $250 plus taxes
Mayor's Floor Rental - $1,850 plus taxes
Any furniture moved in the Mansion, whether moved by Mansion or
catering staff, will result in a $300 set-up and restoration fee.
