The Mayor's Mansion Inn will not be held responsible for
loss or damage to hosts' or guests' clothing and property; including
wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos.
The Mayor's Mansion Inn is a non-smoking facility.
We can arrange for all of your
floral, decorating, and seating needs. Any outside vendors must be
approved the Mansion’s Special Events Coordinator
.
Events are to take place for a maximum of three hours.
Small bands and string quartets are allowed upon approval
of management. The Mayor's Mansion Inn has the right to monitor and adjust
sound levels. Due to the Fort Wood Historical District sound ordinance,
all music must end by 9:30 p.m. Music that violates this community sound
ordinance is not permitted.
A Dressing Room for the bride is available for a fee of
$150.
All coordinating and scheduling of deliveries by rental
companies, florists, musicians, etc. will go through the Mansion's special
events coordinator. The Mayor's Mansion Inn assumes no responsibility for
items provided by third parties. The set-up and break down of any and all
rental items is the sole responsibility of the contracted third party.
The host is responsible for any and all damages to the
facilities and grounds during the wedding or reception. Any damage should
be immediately reported to the Mansion's management. The cost to repair or
replace the damage will be added to the final bill.
